Apparent suicide from 11th floor of Sacramento hotel - Sacramento Bee (blog)

Police said a woman apparently fell to her death on Sunday from a Sacramento hotel room window.

Police were called to the Hilton Hotel, 2200 Harvard St., about 6:20 p.m. where an investigation revealed that the woman apparently squeezed out of her hotel room window on the 11th floor. She fell to her death, landing on the roof of the second floor.

A daily activity log for the Sacramento police said there was no sign of struggle and nothing to indicate foul play. The coroner responded to the scene and took over the investigation.
