Hyatt Hotels Corp. plans to open two more hotels in Russia before the fall of 2012.

The lodging company said Friday that one of its affiliates has entered into management deals with OJSC Nash Dom-Primorye for the two properties, Hyatt Regency Vladivostok, Golden Horn, and Hyatt Vladivostok, Burny.

The latest additions will give the U.S. company four Hyatt-branded hotels in Russia. The other two hotels are Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow and Hyatt Regency Ekaterinburg. The Hyatt Regency Sochi is expected to open in 2013.

There are currently more than 140 Hyatt Regency hotels around the world.

Hyatt, whose other brands include Andaz, Park Hyatt and Hyatt Place, said the two new hotels are currently under construction and are expected to open before the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit in the fall of next year.

The Hyatt Regency Vladivostok, Golden Horn, will house 217 guest rooms and suites. It will also include a spa, health club and banquet and meeting facilities. The Hyatt Vladivostok, Burny, will have 218 rooms and suites, a fitness annex, spa, banquet and meeting facilities. There will be food and drink outlets at both locations.

Hyatt had 456 properties in 44 countries as of June 30.

Last month Hyatt reported that its second-quarter profit rose 48 percent, as it filled more hotel rooms and its customers spent more per room in North America and abroad.

The Chicago company's stock slipped 36 cents to $31.53 in midday trading.
