Southwest Airlines is offering discounted fares from Phoenix and other cities.

Southwest Airlines  is offering a new fare sale for travel through Dec. 14. That sale does not apply to flights around Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Southwest (NYSE: LUV) is offering some discount fares out of Phoenix, where it is the No. 2 carrier at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

They include $50 flights to Denver, $59 flights to Los Angeles, Las Vegas and El Paso; $87 flights to San Jose, Calif. and San Francisco; $199 to Washington and Fort Myers, Fla.; $129 to Seattle and $149 to Tampa, Fla.

All fares are one-way, and flights need to be booked by Sept. 22 to get the discounts.
