Mid Autumn Festival (2010) at Jalan Tan Hiok Nee, Johor Bahru
Posted on Wednesday, November 24, 2010 by destination tips travel
This little street was really crowded during the night of Mid-Autumn Festival, and it was also our first visit on the Mid-Autumn Festive Season. We were there around 8pm, the street was full of peoples!
The Lanterns were provided Free. I think it was sponsored by some Chinese Association. Everyone was carrying the Lantern and walking down the street! Nice atmosphere!
Beside Chinese celebrate during the festive season, but no matter what races or religious, they also join the crowd! One Malaysia!
There were some singing performance along the street. Young and senior peoples were happily perform to the public...
Our Japanese friends also joined the celebration by performed the Bon Odori dance...
This Celebration definitely attracted many photographers...
Among all, I like to see the children playing with their candles and lanterns!
We were hanging around the street for about 1 hour 30 minutes, and say bye-bye to the happening street! It was a Meaningful night for us!
