CREATED Aug. 28, 2011

The latest on a story we first told you about last night.

We have more information on a drowning at Anderson Ranch Reservoir.

The Elmore County Sheriff's Office tells us that 46 year old Anne Butler of Mountain Home drowned at the reservoir Saturday.

Authorities say Butler went to the reservoir for the afternoon with her boyfriend.

We're told she went into the water and started struggling shortly after that. Her boyfriend, who doesn't know how to swim, went to find someone with a cell phone to call for help.

The sheriff's office got to the reservoir about an hour after Butler entered the water. They ended up recovering her body about 15 feet from shore.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators say alcohol is believed to have been a factor in her death.
